These terms describe the basis on which Peptivance Labs supplies research materials to qualified purchasers.

1. Eligibility
Materials are offered only to purchasers who are qualified to handle research chemicals in a laboratory setting and who are purchasing on behalf of themselves or an institution for in-vitro research. By placing an order you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Permitted use
All materials are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices, and must not be used for human or veterinary consumption or administration, nor for any diagnostic or therapeutic purpose.
3. Orders and acceptance
Submission of an order through this site constitutes a request. An order is not accepted until confirmed by Peptivance Labs. Pricing and availability shown on the site are indicative until confirmed in writing, and items may be listed before pricing has been published.
4. Product information
Product listings describe the designation, strength, and physical form of the material supplied. Where analytical documentation, batch identifiers, or availability have not yet been published, listings state so explicitly rather than substituting representative data.
5. Compliance
Purchasers are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and institutional laws, rules, and policies relating to the acquisition, storage, handling, and disposal of research materials.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptivance Labs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from misuse of materials, from any use outside in-vitro laboratory research, or from any use not authorized by these terms.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the business, catalog, and applicable requirements change. The version published on this page at the time of an order applies to that order.
