Legal
Shipping Policy
This policy outlines how orders for research materials are handled once confirmed. Specific carriers, rates, and timeframes will be published once finalized.
Draft policy — pending legal review
This page provides a conservative working structure for a research-supply policy. It is not legal advice and is intended to be reviewed and replaced with final counsel-approved language before launch. No guarantees, warranties, or regulatory representations are made here.
1. Order handling
Orders submitted through this site are requests. Once an order is confirmed, materials are prepared for shipment with batch identification applied to the packaging or vial label.
2. Rates and transit times
Shipping rates and estimated transit times are not published yet and are confirmed with each order. No guaranteed delivery date is offered until carrier arrangements are finalized.
3. Destinations
Shipments are made only to destinations where the materials may lawfully be received for research use. Purchasers are responsible for confirming that receipt at their destination is permitted.
4. Delivery issues
Report damaged, delayed, or missing shipments through the contact page as soon as they are identified, including the order reference and any batch or lot identifier supplied with the material.
5. Returns
Because research materials are sensitive to handling and storage conditions once they leave our control, returns are limited to items shipped in error or received damaged, reported promptly. Contact us before returning any material.
6. Storage on arrival
Materials should be inspected on arrival and stored as indicated on the vial label. Handling remains the responsibility of the receiving laboratory.
For Research Use Only — Not for Human Consumption. Products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and no product is offered to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
