Return & Refund Policy

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued in advance. Request an RMA within 14 days after delivery by emailing info@peptivancelabs.com. Requests made after that window, or shipments returned without an RMA, are not eligible.

To be eligible, products must be unopened, unused, and undamaged, in their original factory packaging, with all seals intact. Because research materials are sensitive to handling and storage conditions once they leave our control, items that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging cannot be accepted.

Approved eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, meaning 90% of the eligible product purchase price is refundable. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except where Peptivance Labs determines that the shipment contained an incorrect item or that an item was damaged in transit.

Direct exchanges are not offered. An eligible customer may return an item under this policy and submit a separate order request for a different item.

Report damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items promptly to info@peptivancelabs.com for review, including the order reference and any batch or lot identifier supplied with the material. Photographs of the packaging and the item as received help with review.

Online payment processing is not enabled on this site, and orders placed here are order requests rather than completed purchases. Where a refund is applicable, it will be handled according to the payment arrangement associated with the confirmed order.
